Raising Healthy Puppies For Your Family
This beautiful girl will be 10 on Friday.I purchased her from you and thought you would like to see some of the changes she has gone through.It is hard to believe she is 10 already.She weighs 16 pound and is still as active as if she were a pup. Love her to death.
I am writing to give an update on our long-hair mini-dachshund Velma (formerly Heidi of the December 1, 2015 litter from Hershey). Our friends Laura and Brian had purchased a dachshund from the Martins back in 2013 and had nothing but good things to say about their experience. I was of course a bit worried about purchasing a puppy I had never met (the drive was almost 4 hours!) but fell in love with her instantly and things have only gotten better! Velma now lives in Philadelphia with her human parents and her big (BIG) brother, Ken the German Shepherd. It is plainly obvious how much the Martins care for their dogs and puppies. She was so well-adjusted and social, city life was an easy transition for her! She’s happy and healthy, weighing it at 7 pounds these days!
She is so intelligent! She is already house broken (unless it’s raining, of course, just ask any dachshund parent) and has graduated from her first puppy class before being 5 months old! She loves to learn new tricks in exchange for cheese and is the best lap dog ever. We just love her and are so thankful she came into our lives!

One year ago today, a little Cavachon puppy was born. Unknown to us, this very puppy was going to become the best part of our family! After seeing her in person once, we had to wait the incredibly long 4 weeks until officially adopting her on June 12th. Since then, she has brought us nothing but joy! We fell in love with her the moment we met her and continue to love her more and more each day. When we first arrived at Martin’s Kennel we had no idea what kind of dog we were going to get. We thought maybe cockapoo, but it turned out that we would have had to wait a really long time for them because they were still way too little. So, we decided to look at some of the other dogs. We are so glad we did! Gracie, our little ball of energy, jumped into our arms and into our hearts. She’s the perfect dog and we could not imagine having any other! Thank you so much!

Cupcake (Lhasa Apso)

A little girl’s family carefully chose the puppy they wanted to purchase. They submitted the down payment to reserve Princess, a Lhasa Apso, only to find out that it had already been sold an hour earlier.
The little girl was heartbroken. The Martin’s (kennel owners) assured the family that more photos had been taken and should be online the next day. At home the father told his daughter that the puppy just wasn’t meant to be theirs. He then suggested the child go to her room and pray about it.
The next day the little girl agreed that Princess wasn’t meant to be hers. Instead she was going to get a puppy named Cupcake. The parents wondered how this was going to work out, knowing that it wasn’t likely a puppy named Cupcake would be listed on the Kennel’s website.
Unbeknownst to the Martin’s or the web designer who named the puppies, it was business as usual. The puppies were photographed and added to the website within 24 hours. To date, the kennel had only ever used people names for the puppies and the puppy names ALWAYS started with the same first initial as the mother. The Lhasa puppy photos were the offspring of Taffy, whose name was recorded as Cathy. That week, the designer decided to use other names … Sugar, Spice, Fancy and, yes, YOU GUESSED IT! Cupcake.
That morning, the family was amazed to see Cupcake on the website. They immediately called the kennel to reserve the puppy. When they stopped in to visit the puppy, the family shared this story with the kennel owners.
It was truly an answer to the little girl’s prayer,
God truly is amazing to work out even the smallest details in answer to one little girl’s prayers.

RE: Faith (Havapom)
Hello! My boyfriend Joel and I adopted Faith (havapom) in December and I just wanted to send you an update. She now goes by Piper and she is cuter than ever and doing great. She gets along swimmingly with her older brother and she even graduated puppy school recently! She has been a true blessing, thank you for her!

Wally (Cocker Spaniel)
Wally is the greatest Cocker Spaniel EVER! He is now 4 months old. He’s already potty trained, crate trained, shakes hands, sits & stays, fetch, rolls over, comes, and has the worlds greatest sniffer EVER… He’s always sniffing out & hot’ on the trail for anything that nature has to offer. HE is the BEST! His personality is hilarious! He cracks our entire family up constantly. He likes the corniest’ toys and makes the silliest faces and body positions. WE LOVE WALLY! (aka Saul)
You breed such bright, lovable, quality pups that we’re traveling back to adopt two more little guys.

Cali (Cavapoo)
I just wanted to give you a update on Cali. She has adjusted well to our family an is very spoiled. Her and our golden have become best friends. Thank you so much for taking such good care of her till we could bring her home.
