Please review the Terms and Conditions below before you reserve a puppy. If you have read and agree to these terms, feel free to make your deposit with your credit or debit card. All sales are subject to Pennsylvania’s 6% sales tax.

PLEASE NOTE: Our puppies are not released until they are 9-10 weeks of age. Puppies MUST be picked up. We do NOT deliver or ship our puppies.

Terms and Conditions
1. The Down Payment Deposit Fee of $150 is non-refundable.
2. The Fee to reserve a puppy can be processed online or by phone with a Debit or Credit Card.
3. Upon completion of the sale, the down payment fee will be deducted from the sale price of the puppy.
4. In the event that more than one person reserves the same puppy, the puppy will be sold to the person who first submits the down payment. Other interested buyer(s) will have the option to choose another puppy or receive a 100% refund of the down payment.
5. Puppies being held more than 3-4 weeks beyond the age of 8-10 weeks may require additional payments (up to 1/2 the total price) to hold the puppy, to be determined on a case by case basis.
6. Unless otherwise specified, all puppies come with a health guarantee and updated vaccinations.
7. Your privacy is important to us! We will not use your information for any purpose other than to contact you regarding your purchase and to process your payment and complete the sale.
